Trap and Surround 22 x 29 Plastic Hinged

As 80% of the work in fitting a loft ladder is in modifying the trap to hinge down, this trap and surround has most of the work done for you. Being white it doesn’t even need painting.

This trapdoor & surround will suit apertures from
22 inches up to 24 inches wide(560mm up to 610mm)
&
28.6 inches up to 31 inches long(727mm up to 787mm) with the addition of packers (not supplied).
