It has 3 folding sections with 75mm sides & treads. This ladder is ideal in situations where horizontal & vertical loft storage is restricted or if the trap size has to be altered. As 80% of the work in fitting a loft ladder is in modifying the trap to hinge down, this ladder has all the work done for you. Suitable for regular storage purposes. Suits vertical floor to ceiling heights up to 2.83m. Trap aperture required is 1175mm x 680mm. Manufactured to BS7553 1992 Class H, with a Maximium load of 150Kg.
