We guarantee your satisfaction. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check compatibility prior to purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If within 7 days of receiving the goods, but BEFORE opening or using the product, you decide that the product is unsuitable please return the item to us and we will refund the item on receipt of the goods in a saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained where necessary. If carriage is not charged seperately on your order then the original purchase price of your goods included the cost to us of delivering them to you. The original delivery costs incured by ourselves will not be refunded against non-faulty goods returned under the 7-day money-back guarantee. Returns not complying with these terms will be refused.
Delivery charges and options are displayed with the products prior to their selection for purchase.
Our delivery service is restricted UK Mainland addresses only, please contact us on 0800 197 3839 for additional delivery requirements & destination costs.
The cut off time for next working day deliveries is noon and subject to stock availability.
Place your order for in-stock items up to noon on Monday to Friday and subject to your credit card being authorised and barring system failure, we will endeavour to ship your goods on a courier service to arrive within your requested delivery period. This is not a guaranteed service.
Where we quote a delivery service ie next day, this is the despatch service your goods will be sent by and not a guarantee of receipt.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of the goods.
You or your AUTHORISED agent MUST be available at the delivery address as a signature will be required upon delivery of the goods. If no one is available then the delivery will not be left or may be left with a neighbour. We will make an effort to keep you advised what day you may expect your delivery to arrive. But our deliveries are made by an independent commercial carrier, who deliver multiple consignments to multiple addresses so are not able to specify a time of delivery.
Please contact us on free phone 0800 197 3839 if you require delivery on a specific working day or to an alternative address to enable this.
You or your authorised agent MUST check that the goods are in good condition PRIOR to signing for their receipt.
The carrier will wait a reasonable time to allow you to perform an inspection.
You or your authorised agent MUST note on the carriers form any damage to either the goods or the packaging (damage to packaging may hide subsequent product damage). Where items are not boxed remove any packaging and check for damage. Un-noted damage claims will not be upheld. Do not accept receipt of damaged goods, reject the delivery & notify us of your rejection on free phone 0800 197 3839 so we may endeavour to despatch a replacement.
In the event that goods are returned to us, as no one was available to receive the delivery then you will be refunded less any carriage costs incured by ourselves attempting to deliver the goods.
In the event that you wish to return goods to ourselves, you must first obtain a 'Goods Return Number' from us. Contact us by either free phone 0800 197 3839 or by email [email protected] This number must be clearly visible on the returned items packaging. You are responsible for the cost of any returns & to ensure that they are suitably packaged and sent by a recorded service.
In the event that goods are found to be subject to a manufacturing fault then you will be reimbursed the cost of returning the goods.
All complaints received on-line, or telephone will be responded to within 48 working hours. We will do our utmost to resolve any complaint within 48 hours.
If any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or related to your use of this site arises, the dispute will be resolved through a mutually acceptable third party arbitrator such as the Trading Standards Office in the case of products and/or pricing policy, or a court of law in the case of infringement of copyright or trademarks etc.
