We aim to despatch your goods from our stock and not just forward your order on to another company.

You can choose what working day you require you order to be delivered on. (Monday to Friday). Please note for goods ordered after 2.00pm on Friday and over the weekend your earliest receipt day is Tuesday.

Somebody will need to be in to receive and inspect the goods. You can select an alternative delivery address to the cardholders address at the checkout to enable this. Due to the nature of our goods, deliveries will not be left unattended.

This is part of the standard delivery charge associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service.

Standard delivery is INCLUDED on most of our products, however some low value products that are not quoted as 'includes delivery' may be subject to a small order carriage charge, which will be added at the checkout. Premium delivery services are available for a nominal charge.

Our delivery service is restricted UK Mainland addresses only, please contact us on 0800 197 3839 for additional delivery requirements & destination costs.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of the goods.

You or your AUTHORISED agent must be available at the delivery address as a signature will be required upon delivery or the goods will not be left.

You or your authorised agent MUST check that the goods are in good condition PRIOR to signing for their receipt.
The carrier will wait a reasonable time to allow you to perform an inspection.
You or your authorised agent MUST note on the carriers form any damage to either the goods or the packaging (damage to packaging may hide subsequent product damage). Un-noted damage claims will not be upheld.
